Joe Siderewicz

Bio

Coach Joe Siderewicz is starting his 40th year as a high school football coach. He coached as an assistant and Offensive Coordinator for 14 years at Martinsville High School before becoming the Head Coach for 7 years. While at Martinsville he coached 2 Mr. Football’s and was named “Coach of the Year” in 2001. Coach Siderewicz came to Center Grove in 2007 and has been working with the QBs and Receivers for the past 19 seasons. Coach Siderewicz was inducted in to the Indiana Football Hall of Fame this year. He is also a History and Sociology teacher here at Center Grove High School.

Joe and his wife Lisa have two children. Lisa currently teaches 6th grade in Martinsville and has been an educator for 36 years. Son Joey (28) was the QB of the 2015 CG Trojan team that went undefeated and won the State Championship. Joey currently is a teacher and varsity assistant football coach at Center Grove High School. His daughter Lacey (27) which graduated from Center Grove in 2016, works for Comcast Business.

When he is not coaching or teaching, he enjoys watching and attending college and NFL football games. He is a big fan of Indy Car racing as well. Coach Siderewicz also likes to spend much of his free time with his wife Lisa and enjoys all different types of music.
